UAD co-founder Dr. Michelle Troche named ‘Outstanding young alumni’
Dr. Michelle Troche, assistant professor in Biobehavioral Sciences at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, has been named as one of the college’s outstanding young alumni, 2017. Along with Dr. Hegland, Dr. Troche co-founded the Upper Airway Dysfunction lab in 2012. Drs. Hegland and Troche continue to collaborate on multiple projects, including a clinical trial funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation investigating a novel treatment for airway protection disorders in Parkinson’s disease.
